World of Wonders Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by JMT Amusement, LLC (doing business as World of Wonders Ultimate Plush Arcade, “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our website, texting into our VIP List, or attending one of our pop-up arcade events or other types of events, you agree to the following:

World of Wonders is an arcade experience offering physical claw machine games, cash, coin, and token-based gameplay, trade-ups, competitions and team competitions, and prize redemption. Participation is subject to the following terms.

• By texting us, you consent to receive periodic promotional messages from us including free token coupons, location announcements, event invitations, and special offers.
   
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
   
• To opt out, reply STOP. To get help, reply HELP.
   
• We use a third-party platform to manage and deliver our messages.
   

We reserve the right to suspend, pause, or permanently discontinue our VIP List or your access to it at our discretion.

• All tokens are physical and non-redeemable for cash.
   
• Free token offers are limited in quantity and frequency.
   
• Token coupons may have expiration dates or usage limits.
   
• Prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
   

Our pop-up events vary in format and access:

• Some events may be free, paid, invite-only, or require a reservation.
   
• Event dates and locations are subject to change with or without notice.
   
• Entry is not guaranteed.
   
• Specific games or prizes are not guaranteed to be present at any event.
   

To keep our events safe and fun for everyone, all guests must follow these rules:

• Be respectful to all guests, staff, and property.
   
• No disruptive behavior, harassment, or dangerous conduct.
   
• Follow any posted rules at the arcade location.

• No smoking, vaping, or drug use while within the vicinity of our arcades.
   

Failure to follow our Code of Conduct may result in removal from the premises and revocation of access to our events or VIP list.

Minors may attend and participate without a parent or guardian present. However, parents are encouraged to supervise children under 12 years of age. We are not liable for the supervision or behavior of unattended minors.

By attending our arcade or participating in related promotions or events, you agree:

• We are not liable for injuries, damages, theft, or lost items occurring during or in connection with your participation.
   
• Participation is at your own risk.
   

• We may collect money onsite via cash, coin, or card for gameplay, merchandise, or premium experiences.
   
• All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
   

All logos, characters, slogans, mascots, artwork, and visual content associated with World of Wonders are the intellectual property of JMT Amusement, LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

You are welcome to take and share personal photos and videos during your visit.

We reserve the right to revoke access to:

• Our physical events
   
• Our VIP text list
   
• Any promotions, coupons, or benefits
   

…at our sole discretion, without notice, especially in the case of abuse, misconduct, or violation of these Terms.

We may temporarily shut down or suspend:

• Our website
   
• Our text campaigns
   
• Any services we offer
   

…at any time, for any reason, including maintenance, updates, or operational decisions.

All legal matters will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

If a dispute arises between you and JMT Amusement, LLC:

• Claims under $3,500 will be resolved in Arizona small claims court.
   
• Claims above that threshold will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
   

You waive your right to participate in class actions and agree to resolve disputes individually.
